Oracle Cloud Finance – Project Manager
Job Description
Infosys Canada seeks an Oracle Cloud Finance Project Manager to lead implementations of Oracle Cloud Financials and Revenue Management. This role involves managing full lifecycle projects, liaising with stakeholders, ensuring timely deliverables while maintaining scope & quality. The candidate will guide functional design, fit-gap analysis, testing, go-live, and support. Responsible for ensuring alignment with business objectives, optimizing finance processes, coaching team members, and delivering high-value solutions across General Ledger, AR, AP, Cash and related modules.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead Oracle Cloud Finance implementation projects to deliver business-aligned solutions.
- Conduct fit-gap analysis and translate business needs into functional requirements.
- Manage stakeholder expectations through clear communication and regular project updates.
- Oversee configuration, setup, enhancements across GL, AR, AP, Cash modules.
- Coordinate testing, quality assurance, user acceptance to ensure defect-free deliverables.
- Manage project timelines, risks, budget, and ensure effective issue resolution.
- Guide change management and training to facilitate smooth system adoption.
- Maintain project documentation, status reports, and governance compliance throughout.
Skill & Experience
- Deep expertise in Oracle Cloud Financials, RMCS, and revenue management systems.
- Strong project management skills with experience delivering finance-technology transformations.
- Excellent communication skills to interact with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Analytical mindset with ability to interpret financial process and systems integration.
- Proficiency in change management, training, testing, and quality assurance practices.
- Solid leadership and team coordination skills managing distributed or cross-functional teams.
Note: Salary is disbursed in the local currency of the country of employment.
